Manage your stress and have fun doing it! Before Overwhelm can be dealt with, you have to ask yourself three questions :

1. Where am i in my life right now?
2.Where am i going?
3.Where will I be?

First things first, you have to admit to yourself that you are indeed "Overwhelmed". Then you go on to ask yourself these three questions with a specific Goal in mind. Having a Goal or intention for your life is the compass that will keep you in the correct direction as you follow the paths of your life. Knowing where you are going helps you take the necessary steps and use the necessary tools needed to get you there!

Write down these questions and answers along with the steps you take daily to help you reach that Goal. At the end of the Month or specific time you have set for yourself, you can look at the goals you completed as well as the goals you didn't quite reach. Compare steps and techniques that worked for you as well as the ones that didnt get you where you needed, that way you can continue pursuing that same goal only this time trying a new technique.

Overcoming Obstacles are not always the easiest Goals to reach in life, especially doing it alone. You don't have to be alone, Coaching can help. There are certain obstacles that you stumble upon that prevent you from creating the life of your dreams and keeping you from taking control of your life. Today we will focus on the three main Obstacles. 1. Learned Helplessness, 2.Fear, and 3.Lack of Planning.

Learned Helplessness - When you believe you're Not capable of changing the obstacles in your life your living in learned Helplessness. This can occur for many reasons, either you have given up on something you failed at in the past, you're overwhelmed by situations to the point of paralysis or you let false belief persuade you from pursuing your goals.

Fear - Fear is healthy when it keeps you safe and there's a reason for it in our life. It becomes toxic when it prevents you from Doing the things you need to do in your life. The key is to be able to plan for what can go wrong without letting the Fear of Failure stop you from moving forward. Failure cannot happen in your life unless you don't try. Give it your best shot.

Lack of Planning - Most of the time we fail because we dont plan, heading off into the distance without a plan will waste your time, energy and resources. Devising a plan is vital step for building true success.

These three obstaccles account fora large portion of the regrets and missed opportunities that people experience , yet theyre totally preventable. Dont let them reel your Success.

It was early one evening in the mid-nineties when Kim found herself sobbing on her laundry room floor. She decided to figure it out. She began reading books and researching the personal development industry. She discovered that while there were a great deal of self-help options on the market, few solutions were tailored to meet the unique challenges of women.
