Overcome Overwhelm

Manage your stress and have fun doing it! Before Overwhelm can be dealt with, you have to ask yourself three questions :

1. Where am i in my life right now?
2.Where am i going?
3.Where will I be?

First things first, you have to admit to yourself that you are indeed "Overwhelmed". Then you go on to ask yourself these three questions with a specific Goal in mind. Having a Goal or intention for your life is the compass that will keep you in the correct direction as you follow the paths of your life. Knowing where you are going helps you take the necessary steps and use the necessary tools needed to get you there!

Write down these questions and answers along with the steps you take daily to help you reach that Goal. At the end of the Month or specific time you have set for yourself, you can look at the goals you completed as well as the goals you didn't quite reach. Compare steps and techniques that worked for you as well as the ones that didnt get you where you needed, that way you can continue pursuing that same goal only this time trying a new technique.
